toll free, at +41 (0) 800 043 043 within the 7 days from the date we received your package, which we confirm with a phone call.

After we have received your payment, your gold items will be returned to you within 15 days. We guarantee that you will be satisfied!
Remember that we only work with items containing precious metals such as gold, silver, or platinum. We do not accept imitation goods, jewelry, or items not containing precious metals.

We always photograph all items we receive, so if for some reason you would not agree, we have the opportunity to compare.
