Secure Mail

To send your jewelry or gold.

We have a few suggestions to make the procedure as safe and secure as possible :

Packaging : Always use a cushioned envelope, an envelope with bubble wrap, or a hard cardboard box.

Sharp and pointy objects should be carefully wrapped in cloth, waxed paper, or in a separate package for protection of the content (such as a film reel or a match box, etc). These objects should not be able to move in the package. Also, make sure to attach larger objects with padding inside the package.

Treatment of gold items : Always send your gold items as recommended mail or signature required. If the content is very valuable, it is better to send it in a cardboard box.

You can also insure your mail. Your postal office should be able to provide a delivery report, which can be good for you to do to assure that we have received your package.

Your goods are insured up to 1500 CHF (Switzerland).

Finally, never let anything be written on your package to show that it is containing jewelry, gold, silver, platinum, palladium, precious metals, dental gold, or something to indicate what is in it. This is to protect your mail.

Once we receive your package, we will immediatly process the valuation and payment.
